Delivery & Returns


Currently, we are only able to deliver orders to addresses in the UK and Northern Ireland. This includes the Channel Islands and The Isle of Man. 

Our postage now varies depending on the value of the items ordered. We aim to despatch your order on the most cost effective service for both us and of course yourself.

Your postage cost is clearly stated prior to you checking out.

Once your order is despatched from our warehouse you will receive an email informing you of this. If any tracking numbers are available for your order then this is where you will find them. This is the most accurate way of tracking your order.

We would ask that if you haven't received a dispatch email after 10 working days then please contact us via the "Contact Us" form which can be found HERE

Delivery outside of the UK & Northern Ireland

At this moment in time, we are unable to deliver outside of the UK and Northern Ireland. We are planning on expanding the number of countries that we are able to deliver to, these will be advertised on the site so please check back at a later date. 

 Returns & Refunds

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchases. If you are not completely satisfied with any items you ordered, just return it, in the original packaging, within 30 days of the date of receipt and we will refund your money. We would advise you to return your item(s) via Recorded Delivery as we can not be responsible for items lost in the postal system.

Only faulty items will be accepted in opened packaging.

When you send your item back to us, we’ll process the return item and arrange your refund. You can expect a refund in the same form of payment originally used for purchase within 14 days of us receiving your items.

To request a refund any items, please complete the ‘Refunds and Exchange’ section on the Delivery Note included in your order and return this with your items to the address below.
