How to Order

If you want to order an item, click the "Add to Basket" link on the product page.  You can access the content of your basket at any time by clicking the "Shopping Basket" tab. Once you've added all the items into the basket, take a moment to review or update your order before proceeding to the checkout. When you're ready to complete your order, click "Proceed to Checkout". You will then be guided through the first stage of the checkout process, where you will need to add your delivery details and be able to pay securely using our PayPal System. A summary of your checkout progress will appear on the right side of the screen.

Please note you do NOT need a PayPal account to complete your transaction, you can checkout as a guest, however, this will be via the PayPal payments system.


Registering for an Account

If you do choose to register for an account with us, you can save multiple shipping addresses, view your order history, update your preferences and change your password. Having a registered customer account will save you time when placing future orders. Registering is easy and is a simple form to complete.


Existing Customers 

If your details are already registered with us, simply sign in using your email address and password.


Forgotten Password 

If you have forgotten your password, click the "My Account" sign in page, click the "I've forgotten my password" link and enter your email address. We will then send you a new password. Please check your inbox and junk mail. Once you've got your new password, enter it on the Login page and from "My Account" you can change the password to one you'll easily remember.

Once your order has been completed, you will receive an email confirmation detailing all of your items.
